In the glass, it is light pink in color. Elegant and fragrant, it gives a bouquet characterized by aromas of small red berries, morello cherries, currants and pomegranate, citrus nuances of pink grapefruit, delicate floral and spicy hints. The palate has good body, distinct aromas of ripe fruit with some vegetal and balsamic notes, well balanced by a finish of great freshness and good persistence. The desire to experiment with unusual paths in the Parma wine scene is behind this micro-vinification from which a maximum of 3,000 bottles are made.
