This wine has an international soul based on the most widespread variety in the world for the production of white wines: His Majesty the Chardonnay! Small batches of vines extending between Noceto and Medesano treated with care by expert hands allow us to harvest grapes which, after one night in a cold store, are ready to be pressed, preserving all the possible aroma and freshness. Once fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes a brief passage in barriques of about 6 months, enough time to ensure an elegant evolution. Color, aromas and structure are in harmonious balance and give extreme pleasure to the palate.

Vinification
The harvested grapes are kept in a cold storage room for 12 hours before undergoing gentle pressing. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C.
